Shri Maitri De-addiction Centre

Drinking and intoxicating drugs is a serious problem in India. In our country, in ancient times, King Maharaja celebrated a special occasion, such as winning a war. During the rule of India, they introduced many classical drugs and substances to the country during the rule of the British. The people of the country left the Indian culture and began to celebrate the Western culture.

The central consumption of Western culture in India was the central consumption of modern India. In the past, people started celebrating festivals by drinking drugs at home-made festivals. Gradually, on special occasions, drug abuse became an addiction.

Now a day, drug addiction is becoming a social pandemic. In modern India, there are many problems with drug consumption, such as family feuds, health problems, economic problems, unemployment problems.
